An order placed can be picked by our warehouse 5 minutes later and dispatched for next day delivery in a matter of hours. If this isn't enough we are so sure about our service levels that we allow our customers to have access to their own reports online at the touch of a button including:-
- Full track and trace and proof of delivery filterable by order, site, region or contract
- A full report on 'first time full' deliveries filterable by order, site, region or contract
- A full report on 'deliveries on time' filterable by order, site, region or contract
- A full budget control system & report with hierarchical approval levels
- A full report on product spend to aid rationalisation and standardisation
This information is not just as bolt on to our system but is built into our back end letting you see what information we see, when we see it.

Matthew Burtinshaw - Managing Director
Matthew has enjoyed over 20 years in the cleaning industry, starting in the contract cleaning world, working for Clean Deal then Broadreach, he has also held the positions of Operations Director and Head of Group Purchasing and Marketing in FCM and Premiere Products. With a strong background in IT and systems he helps deliver Lime's promise of outstanding customer service.
Peter Hadfield - Sales Director
Peter has worked in the cleaning industry for over 15 years, successfuly occupying the positions of National Accounts Director and Sales Director for companies selling cleaning equipment including FCM to a full array of customers. His sales experience and ability to deliver what the customer needs and wants make him the perfect first point contact.
Robert Burtinshaw - Non-Executive Chairman
Robert has been in the cleaning industry for over 40 years, having owned and headed up companies including Radium janitorial supplies, Dyson Chemicals, Wetrok UK, Powerboss UK and FCM. He was a past Chairman of JANSA (Now the CHSA), a founder member and past chairman of the British Cleaning Council and a past Master of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, the industry livery company. His wealth of experience and contacts are invaluable.
