Do we pay carriage?
Our deliveries are free for all orders over £85 for the mainland United Kingdom, For full details click on our Delivery scetion at the bottom of the page.
Can I buy without an account?
Lime Supply is a passing trade website and is open to anyone, and the best way to allow anyone to buy from us is to allow them to pay at point of purchase if you are not an account holder. You can pay safely on our site by an array of credit and debit cards, making it easy for you to buy what you want when you need it.
Can I set up an account with Lime Supply ?
Yes you can, the majority of a our customers have accounts, this helps them take advantage of our re-order facility, template orders, management reports and credit facilities, subject to status. You can contact Lime Supply through the Contact Us page or on order@limesupply.com .
Can Lime Supply source a product for me that is not currently online?
We will do our best, just send us the details through the Contact Us page or on order@limesupply.com Like most things in life it is a case of how easy it can be found, if it is a product from our existing supply base then no problem, but either way we will always try to get you the customer what you want.
Can I place orders by email or phone?
Of course you can we know it is sometimes nicer to speak to a human being so you can phone our helpful customer care team 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week on 0845 5575675 or email them at order@limesupply.com they can offer advice or look into queries for you, and of course place an order and take payment for you by phone if required.
How long does it take for my delivery to get to me?
We aim to dispatch all orders that come in before 10am for next day delivery. We are realistic and even our magnificient level of service doesnt always hit 100% but we do hit over 95% with the other orders following on the next day. If we have a problem and the order is out of stock we will endaevour to contact you to let you know so you can decide what you want to do. On electrical lighting and paint items we aim to deliver within 2 days as this uses our partner 'No smash or drop' service for peace of mind.
Is it safe to use my payment card on this site?
Yes we use world pay in our back end system and thwarte in our front end to protect your payment from any unwanted electronic eyes. We also don't store any card details on our system so no worries here about senstive information leaking out. We run and adhere to the latest online security to give you the customer total peace of mind.
What happens if I don't receive my goods?
As laid out above, if you haven't had your goods within 48 hours then contact us through the Contact Us page or drop us an email to order@limesupply.com or ring us 0845 5575675 and we will chase your order up for you. Please have your sales reference available which oyu should ahve recieved on your order confirmation email, or failing that a postcode to make it easy for us to get to know you quicker.
What do I do if my goods are damaged?
If you received your goods damaged, make sure you record this on the carrier POD system at point of delivery. Then contact us straight away through the Contact Us page or drop us an email to order@limesupply.com or ring us 0845 5575675. The sooner we know the sooner we can start to sort the issue out. We can then look at replacing the goods and collecting the damaged items. If you have a picture of the damage you can email this often helps as well.
What do I do if i ordered the wrong item?
Dont worry we will do our best to help, we can offer to collect and credit the goods and help you find the correct product that you were searching for. There will be a charge for collection so you can send the goods back to us if you prefer at Lime Supply, c/o Exact Abacus, Western Avenue, Matrix Park, Chorley, PR7 7NB at your cost. Returned goods must be clearly labelled with your original sales reference (If you don't have this our customer care team with aid of your postcode can find your order reference for you). Goods will only be credited once returned and if they are suitable for resale. There will be a small charge for re-stocking, for full details see our Delivery and Returns section.
How do I return my goods if I decide I dont want them?
If you decide for whatever reason you dont need your goods you can return them to Lime Supply, c/o Exact Abacus, Western Avenue, Matrix Park, Chorley, PR7 7NB or we can arrange for collection which will be charged and taken off any credit that is raised. Returned goods must be clearly labelled with your original sales reference (If you don't have this, contact our customer care team with your postcode so they can find your order reference for you).
